We are searching for a passionate Product professional for this newly created and critical role within our Strategy and Marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager will develop and implement a marketing roadmap for solutions and future products for our Industrial Process and Emissions (IP&E) market segment, including

clean energy markets. What You Will Be Doing… Drive strategic global growth of the IP&E market segment with focus on clean energy markets, including hydrogen and carbon capture. Our new colleague will steer the understanding of target markets and competitors - tracking market trends whilst owning product line performance and profitability including cost positioning, pricing and analysis. Position new products and features, in line with customer and market requirements, including optimising customer value proposition for targeted USPs. Our Product expert will additionally oversee customer response after product/service launch and pursue additional growth campaigns whilst maintaining a formal voice of customer (VOC) gathering process. Work closely with our teams in Engineering, Quality, Operations and Service to ensure all products are designed and operating to the highest standards – providing dialogue on future developments, customer, commercial, technical, and environmental challenges. What We Are Looking For … A Product expert with demonstrable experience in Product Marketing Management within the Gas Analysis or Process Instrumentation industry. The accomplished professional will have experience in the Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power and Clean Energy markets, combined with experience working with gas analysers including laser based (Tunable Diode Laser, InfraRed) products and their applications. Strong commercial and technical acumen with a proven track record in the preparation of business cases, price negotiations, competitor analysis, VOC, presenting at leadership level and working with global teams across disciplines. An exceptional communicator with strategic prowess and a proven blend of engineering/scientific experience combined with product ingenuity; holding a degree in a related scientific subject (physics, chemical engineering, chemistry) or related engineering/ technical discipline. Location : Hybrid working arrangement available - visibility at our facility in Crowborough, East Sussex, UK will be needed – specifically during induction. Travel:
