Product Manager Abingdon Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Permanent | Full-time Omega is seeking a Product Manager to join an innovative company leading the way in semiconductor metrology technology. This role is ideal for an experienced Product Management professional with a strong technical background who can define product roadmaps, engage with customers, and drive market success. You will play a critical role in shaping next-generation measurement solutions that enable cutting-edge technologies such as AI, 5G, and advanced computing. Key Responsibilities – Product Manager Act as the primary technical customer contact, managing product commitments and expectations. Lead the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer requirements. Define and manage Market Requirements for all development projects. Analyse market trends and competitive positioning to drive strategic decisions. Oversee the Product Life Cycle from introduction to end-of-life. Develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, service, and sales teams to execute product plans. Manage and respond to customer acceptance requirements and drive revenue growth. Qualifications & Experience – Product Manager Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (or equivalent relevant experience). Proven experience in product management within semiconductor metrology, atomic force microscopy, or scientific instrumentation. Strong project management skills and experience working across the full product lifecycle. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Experience in competitive analysis, segmentation strategies, and product positioning. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
