Reporting to the Product Director of Document and Biometrics, you will be responsible for Product Management in our Biometrics team. There are two key focuses to this role. One is to understand & improve upon how our Biometrics product is performing. The second is to ensure our product is ready to scale to new use cases. The main priorities will be managing our data collection system, preparing existing products for new markets, monitoring our performance and trends. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get under the hood of what’s required to develop an evolving AI product and, more specifically, an AI product in the biometrics and identity space. It’s really the nuts and bolts of how we set up our product to scale. This role is perfect for someone looking to move closer to Product Management (given another relevant background) or an existing PM who wants to get more into the commercial and operational side of AI products. Responsibilities: Managing the data collection system: Liaise with our manual analyst teams to: Providing feedback QC accuracy and areas for improvement Collaborate during cross functional customer support escalations to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement Evaluate labelling accuracy Introduce/change our sampling strategies and our QC tool Product readiness, scalability and maintenance – Authentication Collaborate with stakeholders across Entrust to ensure we have product market fit for new use cases/markets Ensure our Authentication product is ready for launch by managing go-to-market (GTM) requirements Define ongoing product maintenance strategies for the Authentication solution, ensuring regular updates, bug fixes, and scalability enhancements are worked on Collaborate with stakeholders across Entrust to ensure the product’s pricing model is scalable and aligned with market demand Provide feedback loops to the product and engineering teams based on post-launch performance for authentication, including customer feedback. Monitoring the system, analysing trends & SLAs: Monitor our fraud performance in QC Day to day analysis Perform exploratory data analysis and QC to identify trends and patterns to be communicated with the fraud team Build high level dashboards based on the QC data we have available, eg. a dashboard to monitor image quality Work with data scientists to ensure we’re tracking all of the required metrics to measure performance Support SLA work and customer conversations Essential Qualifications: Analytical/Numerical.
