Competitive salary of £32,000 (dependent on experience). Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with flexible start and finish times. 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays), with increases based on length of service. Supplier Relations:

Build strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate prices, marketing contributions, and ensure product quality and service standards. Product Strategy:

Drive the selection of new products and ranges that align with strategic goals and market demand. Performance Analysis:

Review and improve the performance of existing product lines, using insights from online and offline sales data. Competitor Insight:

Provide gap analyses and competitor insights to enhance the product portfolio. Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage new product listings, streamline discontinued stock, and ensure compliance with product legislation. Cross-Department Collaboration:

Partner with product marketing to track the success of sales campaigns and new product launches. What You Bring to the Table:

A knack for negotiation, securing the best rates and terms from suppliers. Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and suppliers. Analytical and numeracy expertise to present data effectively. The ability to manage stock efficiently, maximizing sales potential and clearing discontinued items effectively.
