Support the definition, maintenance and implementation of product line strategies/roadmaps and technology plans for our data center and networking products within North America. Lead assigned product families, including defining and driving the product strategy, developing cases for new products, features, opportunity sizing, revenue potential, and cost analysis. Champion cross-functional activities to improve performance of product lines including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality and delivery. Conduct voice of the customer (VOC), primary, secondary and observational research to facilitate development of product plans, and identification of new products and service opportunities. Develop quantified value propositions to clearly articulate differentiation of product to customers, channel partners and sales. Support the marketing communications team to develop appropriate collateral support for catalogs, launch kits, competitive alerts, sales communications, instruction sheets, etc. Serve as subject matter expert for data solutions products to support internal team, field sales, channel partners and end customers as required. Suggest and drive process improvements within the product management function to increase efficiency and supporting functions to improve customer experience. YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business is required. 2+ years of marketing, product management or new product development experience or related experience in the Data Center and/or IT Networking sector is preferred. Hands-on experience with IT/Networking and Data Center distributors, direct sales and manufacturer’s reps. Demonstrated mechanical proficiency. Knowledge of networking and data center infrastructure technologies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet committed deadlines. Work will require meeting with customers, suppliers, partners in the field and will include meetings after normal business hours. Role will require ~20% travel. WE HAVE:
