Kei a koe te mana I Make the right choice This role is the communication and execution hub of a fast-moving consumer products environment and integral to coordinating with suppliers and staff for products sold in NZ & Australian markets. The Product Manager will support and execute product and brand developments, creating preference for product purchases, awareness, and engagement of our products and brands with retail and commercial customers and consumers. An ability to support the development and execution of category plans and product portfolio management to ensure that we have the right range of products, with the right brand, delivered at the right price. Capability to review all levers of the marketing mix (product/brand mix, pricing, costs, distribution, promotions, etc.) and recommend actions to the Product Marketing Manager that ensure targets are achieved. Support for NPD process and projects, collaborating with a cross-functional NPD Team to ensure NPD is launched with executional excellence. An ability to develop and leverage relationships with the Sales Team to drive the delivery of category and sales plans. Support on market insights and intelligence reporting. Knowledge and experience in product development and management, ideally within a FMCG development environment. Demonstrated ability to project manage a range of projects and effectively prioritise competing demands. Excellent communication skills, a natural problem-solver with a service orientation. Be self-motivated and highly collaborative, able to nurture and manage positive working relationships, and deliver exceptional client service with both internal and external clients.
