When our team are happy, our customers are happy. About the role We’re looking for a dynamic customer-focused Product Manager to help drive the success of our Communication and Voice portfolio. In this role, you’ll work alongside engineers, customer teams, and third-party vendors to deliver world-class products, exceptional service, and trusted advice for our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap for the Communication portfolio, ensuring it aligns with Now’s vision and customer needs. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll bring innovative ideas to life and solve customer challenges. Your role will involve monitoring product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring reliability and profitability. You’ll also be the face of the portfolio, engaging directly with customers to gather feedback, insights, and pain points, and using that information to refine product offerings. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver successful product launches, ongoing training, and positioning that maximises customer value. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes, ensuring your products deliver measurable value while maintaining strong commercial viability. About you We’re looking for someone with experience in the following: Solid experience in product management, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) environment and preferably in telco or tech sectors. Experience with product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and beyond. Passionate about creating customer-focused products and working with teams to drive innovation and business outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Leverage your understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability to ensure your products deliver value to both customers and the business.
