Your mission
You develop convincing messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the product value and benefits. You will develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for successful product launches. Define and refine product requirements based on market insights and customer research. You will work with the product teams to align customer needs, target segments and market opportunities. You will analyse competitor offerings to highlight our unique advantages and ensure a competitive edge in the market. You will train internal teams in product knowledge to promote a product-centred culture.
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in product marketing, ideally related to Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals. You have a proven track record in product positioning and development. You bring a strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and can align marketing strategies with client needs. You have solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks and responsibilities across projects. You have creative problem-solving skills and are adaptable to market changes. Fluency in English is a must as this is our working language.
