Joining a business that has already surpassed £10 million GWP in 3 years and is soaring towards the ambitious goal of becoming a £100 million GWP business.
Key Responsibilities: Insurance market product research - finding the best policies and solutions for our clients. New product design - working closely with the Capsule Brokers on product design. Negotiating with insurers to develop exclusive and market-leading insurance policies. Supporting the senior leadership team in designing and agreeing on new schemes with insurers. Creating reports and attending meetings with insurers. Driving progress on key initiatives. Setting up new insurer agencies. Supporting the design, arrangement, and administration of innovative insurance products. Broking team file audit and compliance. Insurance experience is essential for this role, along with strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to listen and engage with people. You will also challenge assumptions and think 'outside the box'. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office, so if you are in or around (an hour max ideally) Cheltenham, we want to hear from you!
