At IAG Cargo, we believe in keeping the world's economies turning, and do everything with determined attitudes, curious minds, collaborative actions and heartfelt pride. Join us at our globally recognised logistics business, where we are building a great place to work for colleagues and customers alike.

As Product Manager managing the critical team, you will oversee a team of eight professionals operating 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring the seamless transportation of critical cargo. These are the shipments that matter most to our customers - those that demand precision, urgency, and exceptional care. Foster a high performance, motivated and resilient team culture. Minimize overtime while maintaining productivity. Create reports to manage both business metrics and productivity metrics from a commercial and operational perspective and generate product dive deeps to investigate certain details. Proactively identify ways to monetize and generate new sources of revenue from our existing critical products or from new products/initiatives (ancillaries). Identify product gaps and ensure consistent delivery in our product performance globally. Help the head of product define priorities and balance resource needs across the critical team. Generate product plans and projects that have clear measurable deliverables and success criteria. Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (product managers, sales, operations, business managers) and with key external stakeholders and suppliers.

What you'll bring Strong experience in leading and managing teams (ideally shifted teams with complex schedules 365, 24/7). Experience in product and project management in the air cargo industry (airlines, freight forwarding) or in global logistics and supply chain. Flexibility to support your team in whatever is required. Ability to work under pressure. Very hands-on approach to keep the critical cargo moving. Good communications and influencing skills. Team player with emotional intelligence. Sound business and strategic judgement with strong analytical thinking. Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and make decisions.

Preferred skills Strong experience in data analytics - Tableau and Excel experience highly valued. Experience in defining metrics for success and failure. Master's degree in business, supply chain or engineering. Operations experience.

It's all about you. We are most interested in getting to know you, your ability to think both creatively and strategically and your drive to succeed. We are looking for proactive candidates who are naturally curious about the world of logistics and air cargo business and who take pride in doing things properly and getting the job done. We are seeking individuals that are open to new ideas and enjoy adopting a think outside the box approach to complex problems. You'll need to be a true team player, willing to get out of your comfort zone and to go the extra mile to help your colleagues. We're looking for those who are collaborative and proactive to take initiative, challenge the status quo and drive change in our business.

To apply, candidates must: Be willing to work in different locations and business functions; duty travel and/or shift work may be required depending on placement. Have the right to live and work full-time in the UK indefinitely. Be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
