This is not your typical Product or Product team. Our Product Managers have an essential role in shaping the future of our business!
The Product Manager demonstrates an essential balance of user & commercial orientation, technical, and leadership skills to align team members to delight our customers and deliver profitable growth to our business.
- Develop your Product Strategy, aligned with our Business Strategy, and informed by Market & Competitive Research.
- Build the business cases and tell the compelling stories that drive investment, and deliver profitable commercials and business outcomes.
- With Engineering, create, prioritize, and maintain our Product roadmap in support of your strategy, and our dev capacity & technical priorities. Also, with our Product Owners and Dev, facilitate agile Delivery.
- With our UX team, facilitate Discovery and Ideation for solving user needs.
- Collect and interpret Product/User Analytics to drive decision-making, continuous learning and product improvement.
- With Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and other teams, facilitate Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and cross-department readiness for customer-facing activities.
- Manage the full Product Lifecycle, from Concept through Retirement.
- You will work with one or more Product Owners to drive our sprint teams.
What do I need to be considered?
- 5 years of directly related experience in a PM role for B2C or B2B SaaS provider demonstrating the capabilities above and delivering measurable business results.
- Demonstrated ability to align teams effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
