Product Manager – EdTech – Hybrid/Marlborough

Product Manager - 2 days per week/Remote - 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays, life assurance, pension, remote working, bonus scheme and more! This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and highly collaborative team as a Product Manager! As well as considering well-established Product Owners, you can also be a Business Analyst/Project Manager with a couple of years' experience - looking to transition into a Product role. This is not one to be missed! The Role As a Product Manager, you will have solid previous experience in the full product lifecycle - from user research to product discovery, to taking requirements/building user stories, overseeing work, testing - you will impact the whole lifecycle. You will be client-facing, and you will maintain a deep understanding of both the business and the customers. You will take responsibility for scoping, solution design, developing specifications - and you will work within one or more of the multiple product delivery teams ensuring both clarity and strong stakeholder management skills. You will work in strong collaboration with the team - including working with their customer-facing teams to support alignment and engineering and delivery teams to enable rapid delivery and ensure that all success metrics are defined and understood. You will support continuous discovery and continuous deployment practices; ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and delivery plans. You will work in a small, cross-functional and enthusiastic team who are passionate about what they do and your continual learning and development. They are passionate about constantly improving their processes, team, and products for their clients all in the EdTech space. You will: Value collaborative ways of working - embracing continuous discovery and continuous delivery principles. Be passionate about learning and have a thirst for improving both product and team effectiveness. Have solid experience in all areas of product management OR project management/business analysis.
