In this exciting role, you will take ownership of a key product portfolio, becoming the subject matter expert and driving growth through technical expertise, market knowledge, and customer engagement. Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in promoting, supporting, and enhancing the product offering while contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Electrical Solutions portfolio and its applications in hazardous and industrial environments. Serve as the go-to expert for technical queries and product support. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to internal teams, distributors, and customers. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues effectively. Training and Development: Create and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal staff and external partners to enhance product knowledge. Product Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and product demonstrations. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings to showcase the Electrical Solutions portfolio. Market and Product Development: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements and new product launches. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the product offering meets their needs. Act as a trusted advisor, gathering insights to inform product strategy and innovation.
What You'll Need to Succeed: Proven experience in technical sales, product management, or product support. Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Solutions and applications in hazardous areas. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as required.
