Assist with sales budgeting, certification/testing requirements, and the creation of regional marketing tools in collaboration with sustainability and digitalization teams. Your Expertise - Our Strength
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong knowledge of waterproofing technologies, applications, and market trends, specifically in liquid applied membranes (LAM) and their specific market dynamics. Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office suite and product management software. Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required (50%). Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous. Going Beyond. Together.
