We are looking for a

Product Manager

to join our babyleaf team, to help drive strategic growth and innovation within UK fresh produce products. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with growers, suppliers, and marketing agents to deliver high-quality, profitable, and competitive products aligned with market demands and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Director to develop and implement a UK babyleaf product strategy in line with G’s Growers strategic goals.

Lead innovation through aligning new product development (NPD) with consumer trends and integrating advanced technologies.

Maintain top-tier quality standards by aligning with customer expectations and optimizing the supply chain.

Collaborate with growers, suppliers, and marketing agents to enhance product availability and profitability.

Balance quality, service, and sustainability with cost-efficiency and grower volumes.

Analyze market trends, supply costs, and performance data to develop strategies that drive long-term profitability.

Guide pricing, promotions, and procurement strategies to optimize supply and demand.

Oversee grower returns, supplier performance, and compliance with customer protocols and regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and grower network.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience within the fresh produce industry is highly desirable but not necessarily in a product management role.

Ability to develop long-term product strategies aligned with market and company goals.

Skilled in managing relationships at all levels.

Understanding of farming practices, crop management, and agricultural technologies would be beneficial.

Proficient in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and performance data. Excel skills are essential!

Capable of leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.

Responsive to changing market conditions, weather changes, production challenges, and opportunities for innovation.
