brand by implementing effective portfolio management strategies that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring we meet our goals and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The position is open to candidates based in either Glasgow, UK, or Rockville, MD, USA. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management:

Monitor portfolio health, manage costs and supply, and lead process improvement projects. Own business cases for expansion and regulatory updates. Customer Support:

Advocate for clients, manage expectations, and address inquiries related to quality and performance. Gather customer feedback to drive improvements. Strategy Support:

Coordinate with marketing for effective execution of strategic plans and assist in developing the marketing plan. New Product Launch:

Manage all go-to-market activities post-launch, ensuring service quality and driving assay improvements. Commercial Enablement:

Train new employees, update the sales team on process improvements, and manage campaigns to increase lab utilization. Portfolio Discontinuation:

Oversee the phasing out of services and stakeholder communication. Marketing Communication:

Update marketing assets and collaborate on trade shows and webinars. Key portfolio areas:

Biosafety, Virology, and Cell biology. Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences. 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing or business strategy in the Life Sciences industry. Strong project management and communication skills. Ability to engage across teams and lead through influence. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. Knowledge of biosafety testing technologies and modalities: mABs, CGT. Experience with financial data analysis in Excel.
