Responsibilities

Independent product owner on software scrum team, leading standups with development teams. Manage product backlog, day to day technical issues and topics. Assist product manager with managing features, including working directly with stakeholders and customers to understand user workflows and product needs. Develop detailed requirements for features on the roadmap. Lead detailed discussions with software developers and technical users and develop a good understanding of the product. Assist with cross-team project management and collaborate in development efforts to ensure timely release. Lead feature release and delivery management. Qualifications

3-5 years of software product consulting, product owner or business analysis experience -or 4-6 years of experience in tech/insurance industry. 2+ years of experience in data analysis workflows and tools including Python, API, GitHub. Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Previous experience developing and managing roadmaps. Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to bridge gap between business units and technology teams. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Attention to details. About Us
