Responsibilities

Gather accurate and detailed client/internal stakeholder requirements for product development. Work alongside the development team to deliver those requirements effectively. Understand technical language such as REST, JSON, and XML, and communicate this to non-technical staff. Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to source technical solutions. Excel in teamwork and handle multiple streams of work simultaneously. Be self-motivated with a drive to succeed and react positively to rapidly changing requirements. Write functional specification documents to a high standard, including product user workflows. Analyze and understand each of the features in the RiskNarrative product suite to measure the impact of changes. Support the go-to-market strategy by effectively communicating customer requirements and timelines to stakeholders. Work in an Agile Scrum environment and follow reasonable management instructions as required for the business. Minimum Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
