The Financial Hub team at Coinbase is key to Coinbase’s mission to create an open financial system for the world. The Financial Hub team powers all crypto & fiat money movements on Coinbase, and powers both our core trading business and our ambitious venture bets in crypto. As the PM for the Tax team, your mission will be to develop forward looking, compliant and intuitive functionalities that help Coinbase customers across the globe manage their taxes with minimal complexity. Additionally, you will also be responsible for building platform products for Coinbase’s internal customers with the goal of driving greater efficiency and scalability. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, able to think through complex challenges, and able to align cross-functional teams effectively to launch products. Knowledge and experience in financial products, data platform technologies, and/or crypto products are value-adds for this role. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties) Define and build out Coinbase’s Tax product strategy that serves our users globally and is aligned with the company's goals and mission Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high quality deliverables Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and cryptocurrency tax requirements to ensure the company's products remain compliant Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, Tax and Compliance, to define and steer the product roadmap Champion an exceptional user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interface for our users Define and analyse metrics to guide monitory product development performance, identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decision Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision What we look for in you (ie. job requirements) 5+ years of product management experience, knowledge of financial products is preferred Demonstrated ability to motivate and align large cross-functional teams towards a common vision Deep analytical, prioritisation and problem solving skills Computer Science or Software Engineering background preferred An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Nice to have Experience with cryptocurrencies, tax law, or crypto taxation Job ID - #P56524
