Product Manager sought by the building solutions division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to join their team based at their Ross-on-Wye head office.
This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible hours (core hours 10am-3pm), and 50% hybrid working after successful completion of probation.
The Role:
As Product Manager, you will work in the Product Management team for the Building Solutions division, covering underfloor heating, acoustic drainage, plumbing & heating, and pre-insulated pipe for district heating. Your duties will include: Working on commercial topics such as strategy development, pricing, market research, stock strategy, sales analysis, product launches. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the UK sales team in promoting products. Ensuring the business continues to grow in a profitable manner and the UK strategy is fully implemented by the whole team. Skills and Experience:
The successful Product Manager will have the following skills and experience: Previous experience of product management, ideally within the construction products industry. Educated to degree level would be ideal – Business Studies or Marketing preferred. Experience of creating business plans, data analysis, spotting future trends and adapting business to current market conditions. Strong MS Office product knowledge is essential. A structured approach. Good analytical mind. Strong communication skills are key. Benefits Package:
