We’ll trust You To: Create and execute on a strategic technical product vision and incremental roadmap, aligned with broader initiative goals. Work closely with stakeholders across the firm to understand their requirements, constraints, dependencies, and priorities. Define features within BSM and BSR, while also identifying impacts or requirements of adjacent systems across Bloomberg. Provide regular communication to leadership and stakeholders on product updates, including key metrics. Recognize patterns across disparate workstreams and identify areas for collaboration. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in knowledge representation and semantic technologies to identify impacts on products. Serve as product ambassador and promote adoption of semantic implementations. You’ll need to have: *Please note we use years of experience as a guide but we certainly will consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary for the role. 4+ years of product development and/or ownership experience. Strong interpersonal skills including networking, collaboration, communication, time management, adaptation to different audiences and environments. Strong understanding of functional areas within the organization, with the ability to translate business requirements into product deliverables. Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities. We’d love to see: Exposure to metadata systems, data modeling, semantic technologies, linked data and/or knowledge graphs. Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master certification (CSM), or other relevant certifications are desirable. Experience working in agile methodologies and JIRA. Exposure to the Bloomberg Terminal and/or Enterprise data products. Understanding of software development and data management life cycle methodologies. Does this sound like you?
