Purpose As a Product Manager, you will be the bridge between business, technology, and design teams, responsible for defining and delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The Product Manager will report to the Product Director. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify market opportunities and user needs. Develop a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. Socialise and align Product plans across the organisation. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. Write clear and concise product requirements and user stories that guide the development process. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Conduct regular product reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to improve performance and user experience. Work closely with the product marketing team on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, launches, and promotional activities. Communicate key ongoing features and developments in the product both internally and externally. Monitor key product metrics and use data to make informed decisions and improvements. Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Passionate about technology and keeping up to date with market trends.
