Product Manager Location: UK (Remote) Length: 6 months (can be extended) Rate: £51.44 p/h (Inside IR35) Hours: 40 hours per week Overview: Messenger Well-being (MWB) aims to make Messenger and Instagram Direct the safest communication platforms for users. Safety is crucial for any communication service, and negative experiences with unsafe situations can reduce user engagement. As part of our mission, we focus on protecting users and improving safety perceptions while complying with regulatory requirements. Role Overview: The MWB Foundations team, based in London, is dedicated to building infrastructure and products that improve safety tools, enhance platform coverage, and ensure compliance with global regulations. As a Product Manager (PM), you’ll help lead the development of safety-related features, from concept to launch, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams (XFN) to ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities:

Drive the development of safety features from the early stages through to the launch Collaborate with engineering and XFN teams to gather input, create product briefs, and set up workstreams for execution Lead launch approvals and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product Create tools and processes to streamline product development and provide weekly updates to leadership Stay detail-oriented and manage complex product development in a nuanced space, balancing safety concerns and regulatory requirements Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of shipping consumer products at scale Strong execution skills to manage workstreams and deliver on time with high-quality Ability to work in ambiguous situations and bring clarity to complex issues Experience in building strong partnerships across teams
