Product Manager

with experience in humanoids, robotics, and automation to lead the development of groundbreaking products. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of robotics and AI with strategic product management skills to create solutions that redefine the market, especially for industrial applications. In this role, you will drive the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our humanoid robotics and related solutions exceed customer expectations and align with Humanoid’s mission to shape the future of industrial systems. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Product Vision Work with the Chief Product Officer to develop and execute a product roadmap tailored to the

humanoid robotics

targeted for industrial and other applications. Align product strategies with Humanoid’s vision of delivering cutting-edge technologies and driving market leadership. Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in robotics and electronics. Requirement Gathering and Documentation Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and customer teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications tailored for robotics and automation manufacturing. Define functional and non-functional requirements, focusing on

robotic hardware/software design, AI capabilities, hardware integration, and user safety standards . Market Research and Analysis Analyze market trends in

robotics, automation, and electronics manufacturing

to identify emerging opportunities. Leverage insights from customers and competitors to guide product decisions. Use qualitative and quantitative research to validate concepts and refine product offerings. Product Development and Execution Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met for hardware, software, and system integrations. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features such as

motion control, sensory feedback, AI-driven behavior, and integration with industrial systems . Ensure all product designs comply with international standards for safety, performance, and environmental impact. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the key liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and executive teams, ensuring alignment across product goals. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes for humanoid robotics and electronic appliances. Partner with sales and marketing to create go-to-market strategies, technical documentation, and customer training programs. Performance Measurement and Optimization Establish KPIs specific to robotics performance as it relates to customer experience and task completion. Use advanced analytics to monitor product performance and customer usage. Implement a feedback loop to continuously improve product quality and functionality. Product Launch and Post-Launch Activities Coordinate with teams to launch humanoid robots and appliances that transform customer experiences. Organize testing and pilot programs to refine product features. Collect post-launch data and feedback to iterate on updated product requirements. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Automation, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications in product management or industrial engineering are a strong plus. Professional Experience 5–7 years of product management experience in

robotics, automation equipment, or electronics manufacturing . Proven track record of delivering innovative products in the

humanoid robotics

or

automation sectors . Hands-on experience working with hardware and software teams to build complex systems. Familiarity with different stages of product lifecycle, including prototyping and mass production. Technical Skills Expertise in

robotics technologies , including mechanical design, electronics, software, sensory systems, and motion control. Familiarity with product manufacturing processes, including design, prototyping, and production scaling. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL). Soft Skills Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and align cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical and business priorities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities. Key Competencies Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of
