Job Brief: Being on the Wahed product team means you will be responsible for conceptualizing ideas through your deep understanding of our customers. You will be working closely with stakeholders and the design team to create these features, and the business teams to ensure alignment on features and functionality to support our users. Job Description:

Collaborate with a cross functional team of designers and engineers on all parts of the product development lifecycle. Passionate about building great customer facing products. Own feature ideation and oversee its UX/UI by working with our designers. Conceptualize simple flows and elegant experiences, across our mobile and web platforms by conducting UX research and analysis. Eager to learn new things and excited about passing down knowledge to the team. Have a solid understanding of user behavior and adjust features accordingly. The candidate is required to know the industry inside out. Make personal finance approachable, intuitive, and engaging through innovative features and clean UX. Lead communications with third parties for different integrations. Analyze and present data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts. Learn and contribute through regular design meetings and critiques. Job Specification:

Loves building digital products. Plain and simple – that's above everything else. 3-5 years of experience in product management with solid business acumen (Fintech experience is a plus). Ability to work on B2C technology products. Ability to lead a feature from idea to delivery through best practices methodology. A track record of successfully releasing digital products and features. Understanding of the agile product release cycle. Understanding of A/B testing and familiarity with the relevant tools. Demonstrated success at partnering, prioritizing and balancing needs cross-functionally. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and development team. Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a love of feedback. Great attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and eager to share knowledge with the rest of the team.
