Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing team, drive their product strategy, and help push forwards the vision of the company. The role:

The successful candidate will work with their customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to translate challenges and opportunities into a well-defined, achievable product roadmap. You will help scope and define backlog items, as well as prioritising work to ensure value is delivered to customers as rapidly as possible. You will ensure that work is carried out as expected and to a level of quality matching the business's aspirations. Additionally, you will work with the wider product team to document and communicate new features and enhancements to the business and collaborate with the marketing team to push this communication out to customers. The only key thing we are seeking is an individual with a can-do attitude, who can thrive in a collaborative working environment, and who is keen to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion. Your Skillset:

Previous experience researching, originating, and delivering SaaS products and functional improvements in an agile environment. Ability to analyse competitors and understand customer & business needs, translating this into coherent requirements that add value to the product offering. Ability to define, manage, and prioritise a product roadmap & backlog based on a commercial understanding of how to deliver value to their customers through the product. Knowledge of user experience and user-centric design best practices. Experience in the EV industry, specifically around Fleet, workplace, and destination charging. Package:
