About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching innovative EV-related products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the EV space. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EV-related products and services. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage product backlogs. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development decisions. Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new products. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in EV technology, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for experience in the EV industry (e.g., electric vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, automotive companies). Proven experience in driving the development and launch of successful products. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Desired Skills: Experience with vehicle configurators and other automotive-related software. Experience with mobile and web application development (React, iOS, Android). Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations. Experience with data analysis and product analytics tools. MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
