We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled product manager to join our client's team in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.

Our client is an established Global Engineering & Manufacturing Company near Luton that specializes in engineered products, providing innovative solutions for their clients.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective strategies to increase sales revenue while ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities of Product Manager:

Product Strategies:

Develop and implement successful product strategies aligned with business objectives. Sales Forecasting:

Conduct market research analysis aimed at forecasting future sales trends of current or new products. Pricing Strategy:

Determine pricing structures that align with overall financial goals by analyzing competitor prices as well as profit margins of similar products within the industry. Support P&L:

Keep track of all expenses related to production costs including materials used during manufacturing processes to provide meaningful support concerning profits generated from each sale made through marketing efforts. Advanced Excel Skills:

Analyze large amounts of data using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables to visualize how different sets relate together.

Qualifications & Experience Required for Product Manager Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager with an Engineering or Business Degree or a related field who has experience as a Product Manager within a manufacturing/engineering/assembly/engineered product environment.

The ideal Product Manager will have the ability to understand technical drawings, specifications documents, and requirements management using software. Additionally, experience in Sales Forecasting, Margin Analysis, Pricing Strategies, and a strong understanding of activities & KPIs that impact and underpin Profit & Loss is required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal/written), be results-driven with strong analytical abilities, and possess advanced Excel skills.

They should also have exceptional organizational capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail when necessary.

Location & Working Arrangements: This position is located near Luton, UK, and operates on a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, as our client is committed to providing a working environment that meets the needs of its employees.
