What is the role? Working within the Microsoft Product Management Team you will provide assistance and support across forecasting, vendor management, stock allocations and B2B operations to manage a portfolio of product lines including Surface, Microsoft Licensing and Fully Packaged Products. The successful candidate will be passionate about Microsoft products, and demonstrate commitment, focus and excellent attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude. How will you do this? Assist and support in managing a portfolio of products including forecasting, vendor management, stock allocations & B2B operations. Manage Microsoft Surface and Fully Packaged Products replenishment orders. Manage sales forecasts and simplifying current processes. Manage queries from Sales teams at Westcoast regarding lead times, product queries and pricing. Proactively work with sales teams to gather monthly / quarterly forecasts to help assist the business in setting monthly targets. Stock Allocation of all incoming products lines. Manage expectations on lead times for products, ensuring any product constraints are communicated internally. Maintain pricelists, and communicate pricelists to internal sales teams. Work closely with Microsoft supply chain to resolve outstanding orders. Participate in weekly conference calls with vendor. Is this the role for you? To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas: Build good working relationships with internal departments, resellers and vendors. Organised with excellent attention to detail. Work well under pressure. Effective and Confident Communicator – Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. Good Knowledge and interest in Microsoft products and services. Analytical – Ability to collate and understand sell through and forecast data. What will we do for you?
