Product Manager
will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing market dynamics, and defining product specifications that meet the needs of UK customers. This role will also involve close collaboration with HQ to ensure alignment with global strategies while tailoring products to the local market. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the UK automotive market, including trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide deep insights into market opportunities. Product Planning: Develop product plans in line with the strategic direction from HQ. Create targeted plans for different market segments and product portfolios. Product Definition and Project Management: Define product specifications that are competitive in the UK market. Work closely with HQ to align with the platform base and manage product development projects. Professional Support: Offer robust support for product marketing activities, including product training sessions and customer experience events. Facilitate media and customer interactions to enhance product awareness and satisfaction. Experience to succeed A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive communication or a related field. Market Research Experience: Proven experience in conducting market research and product marketing. UK Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UK automotive market, including customer demands and competitive landscape. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Ability to thrive under high pressure, enjoy a sense of achievement, and be driven by the pursuit of goals.
