Job Description Manage the lifecycle of our products from conception through to retirement Identify and fill product gaps, leading to increased customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products Develop product pricing and positioning strategies Drive product launches with well-structured go-to-market plans Obtain and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features Stay updated with market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive Work with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to deliver products that meet market needs The Successful Applicant A successful Product Manager should have: A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant field Proven experience (2-7 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the life science, medical device (outside body) or consumer electronic industry Knowledge of market research, data analysis and product lifecycle management Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's on Offer An estimated yearly salary between £40,500 and £50,000 An attractive benefits package to be discussed during the interview process Fantastic work-life-balance and flexible working hours Possible opportunities for further educational development and training A permanent position within a stable and innovative company, known for internal promotion and career progression If this opportunity excites you, and you have 2-7 years of Product Management experience we encourage you to apply.
