The role

The Partner Ecosystem Product Manager is responsible for managing GoCardless’ proprietary collection of payment integrations with other SaaS platforms such as Quickbooks, WooCommerce etc., which we call our partner ecosystem. This is a truly exciting opportunity to have a real business impact by shaping an emerging product channel at GoCardless, sitting at the intersection of Product Development & Partnerships. You will be responsible for building and managing applications within GoCardless’ partner ecosystem, working with developers, designers, solutions engineers and others, both internally and externally. Once the applications are live, you will also work alongside our marketing and sales teams to maximise revenue generated via these products. Managing technical projects end-to-end, with complex stakeholder management both inside and outside of GoCardless Working with product development teams (both internal and external) to bring new products to market Understanding the needs of our key customers and ensuring everything we build will solve customer problems Experience with prioritisation and deft handling of multiple complex priorities Developing a deep understanding of ecosystem channels for GoCardless, via marketplaces, payment orchestrators, iPaaS, etc. Creating and presenting business cases, with Finance support, that make the commercial case and secure investment Developing processes and ways of working in a relatively new area for GoCardless What excites us

Experience delivering high-quality, technical programmes Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt to challenges and changes whilst working on several projects at once Excellent stakeholder management capabilities Comfort in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Understanding of product development processes in tech [Nice to have] Technical knowledge and experience in software development [Nice to have] An understanding of the embedded payments ecosystem and key software vendors (e.g. accounting, HR, payroll, CRM, etc.) We don’t expect you to meet every requirement.
