£60,000 - £85,000, based on experience About the Role: Our client is a leading fintech with big growth plans for 2025. As a Product Manager, you'll be the bridge between innovative technology and meaningful business outcomes. Your mission will be to align their technological capabilities with their strategic goals, ensuring every product delivers value where it matters most. Working closely with teams across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology, you'll orchestrate the design, development, and delivery of exceptional solutions. You'll be crafting possibilities. Key Responsibilities: Define product objectives that align seamlessly with the company's strategy. Own the product roadmap, driving its vision and shaping the features. Guide product development from concept to launch, partnering with engineers. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to achieve shared goals. Provide thoughtful solutions in client engagements, including RFPs and presentations. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for customers and stakeholders. Key Areas for Success: Product Leadership: Define and own product objectives, OKRs, and KPIs. Roadmap Development: Shape and drive the product roadmap. Feature Development: Lead product features from concept to delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across business and technology. Client Engagement: Build trust and provide thoughtful client solutions. Strategic Insight: Offer industry insights and competitive analysis. Storytelling & Communication: Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: A degree in a technical, finance, or business-related field. A proven track record in SaaS, finance, or tech roles like Product Management, Business Consulting, Services, or Engineering. Strong knowledge across the Payments landscape, including payment operations, PSPs, Card Providers, Safeguarding, eMoney, acquiring/issuing, SWIFT, PCI DSS, and similar areas. Experience working in Product Management, Operations, Analyst, BA, SME, or a similar role within the Payments sector. The ability to turn business needs into actionable solutions. A keen eye for detail and comfort working with both data and people. Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex concepts and building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
