A Product Manager is required for a manufacturer in the Romsey area. The role will take ownership of and champion the company's product and service offerings. This role would suit a candidate who can demonstrate a balance of engineering and commercial aptitudes, preferably with some work experience within a comparable role. Product Manager Key Requirements

Recognised Product Management qualifications and/or a degree in mechanical or production engineering disciplines, or a proven track record and practical experience in related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. Communication is essential to align teams and drive successful product outcomes. Familiarity with mechanical solutions would be advantageous. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Use your analytical mindset to make informed decisions and solve both technical and commercial challenges. On offer is circa £53,000.
