As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Leamington Spa. The team is made up of talented developers, designers, and marketers. As a Product Manager, you will oversee one or more of our live and in-development games to ensure effective player engagement and monetisation. This role includes conducting market research to guide strategic decisions while collaborating with designers to craft compelling player experiences. The focus will also be on optimising monetisation strategies and using data analysis to drive ongoing success for our products. Responsibilities:

Define the vision for our games and develop a product roadmap outlining milestones, features, and timelines. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences while analysing data for innovation opportunities. Collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to create an engaging gaming experience that meets player needs and aligns with the product vision, balancing creativity with practical considerations. Focus on optimising player experience to enhance engagement, retention, and monetisation by gathering user feedback and data analytics to inform feature enhancements. Develop and implement effective monetisation strategies, continuously monitoring tactics to maximise revenue without compromising user experience. Optimise KPIs through A/B testing, track game performance using various metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements, adapting strategies based on performance data to ensure ongoing product success. Requirements:

At least 4+ years of experience or equivalent in Product Management within the games industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide, motivate and effectively manage high-performing teams. Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to make informed and timely decisions. Proficient in commercial skills, including strategic negotiation, market analysis, and the ability to drive revenue growth. Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
