ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager in the Sportsbook Department at LeoVegas, you'll be an integral part of our mission to create the greatest iGaming experience across LeoVegas Group's brands. Our team is at the forefront of the iGaming industry, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the thrill of sports betting. You'll work with a variety of products and brands, including BetMGM and BetUK, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible sports betting experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the iGaming industry, driving the growth of LeoVegas' sports betting vertical. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sports betting experiences, and your contributions will directly impact our position as a leading GameTech company. You will be building on our proprietary Sportsbook with the aim to offer our UK customers the absolute best experience in the market. A clear focus and responsibility of this role will be to build our horse racing and greyhound product as an integral part of our overall sportsbook experience. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Identify customer needs and align them with business objectives to drive product success. Lead product strategy, including setting long-term priorities based on business cases. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from competitive analysis to end-of-life. Drive innovation within the organisation by developing new features and products. Develop and communicate detailed product requirements and solution designs. Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver product services. Manage backlog and define product performance KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Prioritise tasks for the team and ensure alignment with roadmap planning. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS 5 years of experience working with product development. Experience from the UK sports betting industry including horse racing. A solid understanding of the agile way of working and methodologies. Fluency in English. Hands-on experience working closely and communicating with development teams. Experience prioritising backlogs. NICE TO HAVES Deeper knowledge of horse racing and greyhounds betting products.
