Are you ready to shape the future of our products? As a Product Manager you’ll strategically drive our product portfolio to meet the needs and requirements of the sectors we serve by creating and delivering an inspiring and innovative product vision. You enable a passionate cross-functional team to turn your vision into reality. Role involves overseeing the operation, unification and expansion of our core products. A highly configuration-based monolithic platform and a highly customisable offering, both tailored to the specific needs of higher education and private student accommodation sectors. Key Responsibilities

Product Directions : Guide the development and optimisation of our student product offerings, ensuring they deliver top-tier functionality and meet the distinct needs of our diverse customer base. Sector Passion : You will immerse yourself in the Higher Education sector and understand the challenges our customers have in a variety of areas such as student recruitment through to wellbeing. You will bring insights into our business and ensure Kinetic remains as a thought leader in the space. Delivery Focused:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse customer needs and execute product roadmap commitments. Your decisions will directly impact our corporate business goals. User-Centric Approach : Understand the end-to-end customer experience. You’ll be the voice of our users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Product Advocate : Represent the product passionately both internally and externally. Be the go-to person for queries related to the product. Progress Tracking:

Create robust methods to track product releases. Keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Product Mastery:

Showcase your understanding of Product Management and Agile practices to ensure we are discovering, building and delivering products in the most efficient manner, keeping a grasp on our evolving technology landscape. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Enhance cooperation across different company divisions to ensure alignment with Kinetic’s broader business goals and customer satisfaction. Market Adaptation : Adjust strategies dynamically to align with market demands and changes, ensuring Kinetic remains competitive and responsive to industry trends.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience as a Product Manager

or similar role in product management. Strategic thinking

– Working as part of the R&D leadership team, you will help to shape strategic direction of our products & services taking into account emerging and legacy technologies. A track record of creating compelling product strategies that have been turned into reality. Planning and organisation

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver against timelines for our product roadmap and ensure the team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Customer obsessed

– Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Kinetic, we live breath the sector. Naturally curious

– You enjoy solving problems, have a strong analytical ability, and get a kick from seeking constant improvement and evolution. Attention to detail

– You do sweat the small stuff, have high standards for end user experiences, and really care about the quality of your, and others, work. Product interest

– You have a keen interest in our products and how the customers use them and use feedback and innovation to contribute to the product roadmap. Problem solving

– You are creative in your approach to problem solving and pre-empting problems. Able to identify and orchestrate the resolution of performance and security issues. Collaboration

- Working across our product and engineering workstreams and the wider teams at Kinetic to ensure an aligned approach, creating the maximum business value and customer experiences. Desirable skills/experience:

College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Exposure to building software for the hospitality or student accommodation sectors.
