Product Manager

to join their team. This role focuses on driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering innovative product solutions. If you are passionate about the beauty and personal care industry and have a flair for developing and managing cutting-edge projects, we want to hear from you! There will be driving involved with this role when meeting clients, therefore, you should have a full UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle. This role is based on site, however, offers flexibility in the start and finishing times, with an earlier finish on a Friday! Product Manager

Responsibilities include: Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the existing product portfolio, leading creative initiatives, and staying updated on market trends Build strong client relationships, handle day-to-day queries, and ensure seamless project execution across departments Manage development briefs, critical paths, and oversee the successful delivery of new products and designs Oversee cost management, feasibility analyses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability Product Manager Requirements include: Knowledge of the beauty, personal care, and fragrance markets, with an ability to identify trends and opportunities Strong eye for design, project management skills, and a commercial mindset to drive growth and profit.
