This role is responsible for product strategy development and plan execution for designated products in Europe, Middle East, Africa & India Region. Responsible for driving regional product growth, product value and market share gain, partnering with global to ensure the product portfolio needs of the region are recognised and integrated into Global Portfolio planning. This role reports to the Portfolio Lead and partners cross functionally to deliver commercial objectives for designated products. Key Duties & Responsibilities include: Region product strategy and plan implementation

Within the direction of the Portfolio lead, develops the product strategy and plan execution for designated products to drive product growth, value, and market share. Ensures product plans and their execution are aligned to regional targets including: NPI launch, market share gain strategy, customer utilisation growth and price growth. Manages region product forecasting, pricing and GTM strategy to support growth plans and maximise regional market share. Partnering with Sales, Demand Management, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensuring product offerings are effectively differentiated & positioned in the market with a clear value proposition. Assessing current competitive offerings and seeking opportunities for differentiation. Partners with customer marketing and digital marketing to ensure active demand generation activity aligned to growth plans. Region product & customer needs

Develops customer insights to drive regional product programs. Be aware of/predict market dynamics, and competitive threats and devise solutions to cope with the threats and opportunities for specific product lines. Defines vision for long-term sustainable growth. Manage the content of Market Research and Voice of the Customer projects. Uncover and understand customer and market needs and translate them into requirements. Provides input and guidance to global portfolio marketing on portfolio needs and growth opportunities. Partnering with Scientific Affairs, Strategic Accounts, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective relationships with key companies, influencers, opinion leaders to anticipate and influence as appropriate changing market dynamics for optimum outcomes for both elevating Food Safety and Neogen. Region product marketing execution

Develop and own region master data and product content for designated products, including all data elements in relevant ERP systems. Creates and implements successful region launches and product campaigns through robust packages, assets, and marketing plans. Delivers all regional collateral material and drives operational actions for executing the launch of products and campaigns. Collaborates with Customer, Channel and Digital marketing for delivering collaterals and campaigns. Keep suitable PowerPoint presentations updated and product literature, as required for assigned product lines, for training, marketing campaigns and individual promotional requirements, for example, key customers. Assures the coherence of the product literature available in the different platforms. Responsible for product knowledge and training for sales and marketing, supporting Distributor teams as required, via Channel Marketer. Responsible for efficient and regionally adapted customer information on product modifications and notifications. Ensure regular product updates shared with Professional and Technical Services teams, with regular communication on action projects and customer support. Works closely with related functions to ensure smooth and effective customer relationships including supply chain, customer service, digital and quality. Success Metrics include:

Sales growth, new opportunities, NPI attainment. Region product strategy development and plan execution. Net pricing growth and price corridor alignment. Region product sales forecast attainment. Region product market share. Knowledge, skills and experience required includes: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to identify and understand customer needs and translate into strategic plans, with the ability to execute those plans effectively. Excellent communication and influencing skills, collaborative and team oriented. In-depth knowledge of business functional areas, structure, and matrix organisation, as well as of the external market (customers, industry, competitors, competitor products, trends, etc.) Strong business mind with great attention to detail. Knowledge and experience in market research, channel/product marketing, business/market development, branding, with strong interest on incumbent theories and practices on eCommerce, eBusiness, eMarketing and digitalisation, will be valued. Ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline or equivalent years of experience. Please press Apply to submit your application.
