As a Product Marketing and Communication Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving product awareness, brand recognition, and sales growth in a role that perfectly balances creativity and strategy. You’ll be developing communication strategies that truly resonate with homeowners and garden installers, ensuring they see the value and appeal of our products. Bring your creativity to crafting messages that highlight the durability and ease of installation of our products, making them exciting and inspiring for the audience. Use your expertise to lead campaigns that capture attention and drive results, working closely with internal teams and agencies to deliver impactful content. Build strong connections within the landscaping community, engaging with garden installers, trade associations, and other key players to expand our reach. You’ll keep our communication assets organized and up to date, ensuring every product launch is seamless, on time, and on point. When it comes to industry events like trade shows and conferences, you’ll be our go-to person, representing the company, gathering insights, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. Who you are

You’re a creative and strategic thinker with a knack for transforming product features into captivating stories. You have a proven background in marketing and communications, particularly in crafting messages that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your passion for understanding customer needs, coupled with your ability to build relationships and manage campaigns, sets you apart. You’re skilled at managing multiple projects and ensuring every piece of content aligns with the broader strategy and brand. You’re motivated by outcomes, constantly analysing performance and adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
