As the

Product Marketing Manager for Ads , you will: Lead Product Marketing Projects:

Deliver integrated, impactful project components with autonomy, contributing to overarching product marketing strategies. Generate Market & User Insights:

Scope and conduct user research, provide insights for leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Sales) to align strategies. Optimize User Experience:

Evaluate and improve product features to better meet user needs, increase adoption, and enhance overall user engagement. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute go-to-market plans and messaging for new and enhanced ad features, working closely with diverse teams. Campaign & Program Management:

Oversee mid- to large-scale campaigns, monitor key metrics, and evaluate performance for ongoing optimization. Build Cross-functional Influence:

Proactively engage with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless project integration and goal alignment. Responsibilities

Develop Product Marketing Content:

Ensure alignment with product strategy, iterate on content, and collaborate with production teams. Brand Strategy Development:

Create value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Generate & Apply User Insights:

Partner with research teams to gather actionable insights for content and product development. Promote Inclusion & Team Growth:

Foster an inclusive team culture, mentor junior members, and support diversity initiatives. Qualifications

Brand & Campaign Management:

Extensive knowledge in managing brand positioning, campaign lifecycles, and achieving high-impact execution. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Demonstrated ability to analyze and leverage data for business insights and strategy adjustments. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Exceptional skills in client management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Storytelling:

Ability to influence through data-driven storytelling, driving empathy and buy-in among key stakeholders. Industry & Product Knowledge:
