Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor positioning.
Develop and manage product portfolio strategies, road maps, and life cycles.
Create and implement a new product development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
Conduct portfolio management to align products with market needs.
Drive new product launches and monitor post-launch performance.
Work with the Marketing Director to set product strategy.
Prioritise and share updates with key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Product Marketing Manager should possess:
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
CIM Level 5 or above preferred, or CIM product management qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships.
Innovation and customer-first mindset.
Experience in working with data-driven customer-first approaches.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Resilience, creativity, and attention to detail.
