The Role We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager, who is looking for a new challenge and opportunity to advance their skills and career in our award-winning, collaborative Marketing team here in the UK. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of our platform. You’ll have a deep understanding of our users’ psychology and enjoy solving complex problems. If you’re passionate about researching and addressing client needs through developing effective communication strategies then this is the perfect role for you! You’ll work closely with our Sales, Product, Engineering and Client Success teams, along with external partners to refine value propositions, align on marketing goals and deliverables. This role is UK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office. What you will do Execute successful product/platform capability launches and enhance the platform's visibility in the market. Drive platform adoption rates, increase lead conversions, and establish the platform as the go-to solution in the Insurance Technology space. Conduct competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Create sales enablement materials, highlighting the platform's features and benefits for our sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with our product team to build and develop persuasive, value-oriented materials which will support the INSTANDA global GTM strategy. Develop insights into client use of the platform, identifying opportunities and refine buyer personas. Lead product launch campaigns, webinars and promotional activities. Manage the marketing budget and approval processes with the Head of Marketing. Requirements Essential 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager. Proficiency in creating and executing go-to-market strategies within SaaS or related field. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Desirable Experience with B2B software marketing. Familiarity with the Insurance market; MGA and carrier challenges. Experience in a high-growth environment, contributing to processes and procedures. Benefits Competitive salary Generous
