BT is proud to be the official supplier providing mission critical and trusted communications for Britain’s Emergency Services. The ESN will replace the existing Airwave network and build upon EE’s existing 4G network to provide essential new voice, data services, and critical communications services to 300,000 members of frontline emergency service users.

The ESN Product Marketing Manager is focused on go-to-market campaign content for specific ESN Products and Services underpinning the commercial requirements of the programme. This role is responsible for ensuring that the proposition content for products and services in your portfolio are fit-for-customer and senior stakeholder requirements. You will be accountable for the proposition development and the articulation of user benefits for products and services, understanding the customer life-cycle requirements, technological developments and market evolution.

The successful candidate will be cleared to BPSS (or equivalent) as a minimum. You may even be required to undergo National Security Vetting (e.g. CTC, SC or NPPV). What you’ll be doing

Accountable for day-to-day product marketing development working with the BT/EE Marketing Communications and Product Management teams, the Home Office and partners to define, design and deliver product and service go-to-market content. Act as the primary interface for the Product Management Team for campaign planning and customer engagement deliverable roadmaps. Develop and deliver content to support ESN products, services and market development activities, including training materials, messaging guides, video scripts, digital content and process documentation as required. Accountable for management and maintenance of ESN go-to-market content for products and services in-life to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Proven understanding of developing, owning and delivering B2B customer lifecycle go-to-market propositions. Ability to operate in a complex multi-party ecosystem and in a matrix organisation. Ability to interpret contractual requirements and customer/market needs. Experience of managing complex external relationships in a technological or business environment. Technical understanding of a mobile network and solutions and ability to articulate the benefits and capabilities to various customer audiences.
