WHAT WILL YOU DO? This is an exciting time, with several product and solution launches planned in calendar 2024. Product Marketing is the ‘glue’ between our innovation led product lines, our front-line delivering Sales and Customer Service excellence and our Marketing Communications. We are passionate about customer-centricity and developing compelling propositions that drive engagement and usage. Operating across multiple regions, we are: Highly collaborative working closely with Product, Sales and Operations to deliver both great products along with ‘the why’ for our customers internally and externally. Passionate about solving our customers’ challenges, by understanding pains & gains and to demonstrate how we can enable their everyday jobs to be done in a better way. Collaborating closely with Product Management, and with professionals across multiple departments, the Product Marketing Manager will be the champion of our products. The successful candidate will translate our product technology into market leading propositions and GTM campaigns that drive growth for our business and demonstrate value for our customers. You will have a wide and varied role which will flex your skills from planning through to execution – we’re looking for a well-rounded and hands-on Product Marketer, who can shape proposition and messaging, drive GTM programmes and can get tactical campaigns delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a deep understanding of what our products do, who interacts with them and why. Capture market insights and drive understanding of customer persona needs into our product & proposition development and across the organisation. Translate product capability and enhancements into compelling proposition & messaging that solve for market and customer needs. Produce clear and compelling marketing and communications plans that deliver commercial impact and product launch goals. Develop and manage GTM execution excellence across key programmes and campaigns ensuring a coordinated delivery with key stakeholder functions including launch success criteria and metrics. Develop Sales and Partner enabling tools & materials to drive lead gen and pipeline realisation. Coordinate external resources (e.g. creative resources) to produce compelling marketing materials on time and on brand. Drive product marketing best practices that can be scaled across the portfolio and geographies. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED? You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity, be a champion of the product marketing ‘craft’ whilst able to match our drive and ambition to succeed. Demonstrable expertise leading a wide range of Product Marketing plans, product launches and continuous GTM campaigns for B2B SaaS. Able to adapt to changing priorities whilst still maintaining ‘what good looks like’. Excellent customer-centric approach, with experience of using customer research and data to drive new strategies or campaigns. Strong oral and written communication. Analytical and data-driven in key decision making. Ability to collaborate with a wide range of peers and stakeholders from senior leaders to Product Managers and Sales teams, adopting a ‘can-do’ attitude to deliver our strategy effectively and collaboratively. Confident to promote and advocate for Product Marketing throughout the organisation. A CIM diploma/qualification and / or Product Marketing certification would be advantageous. WHY WORK FOR US?
