Product Marketing Manager
within our global marketing team at SHL might be for you. The role is pivotal in building and maintaining solution marketing content aligned to the strategy driven by our Solution Owners and helping to drive the commercial success of SHL by empowering the business with exceptional knowledge of our market-leading solutions and creating solution messaging, tools and resources aiding to go to market with.

What you will be doing:
Learn about our solutions, have a deep understanding of use cases, differentiators, target audience, industry and HR trends and competitive landscape to develop frameworks and solution marketing content.
Work alongside members of the Global Campaigns and Creative function, including Campaigns, Solutions Marketing and Creative design, partnering closely with peers in the Global Marketing organization as well as stakeholders in the Solutions Group and other global functions.
Create compelling value propositions, solution messaging and positioning for each solution and share with key stakeholder groups while educating them on the content.
Work with Solution Owners and with peers in the Global marketing organization, specifically our Campaigns function to ensure alignment, messaging synergies and go to market strategies.
Work closely with key stakeholders and other key subject matter experts within the business, including, but not limited to: Sales Enablement, Science and the Communication team.
Optimize product enablement processes, delivery, content design, and content management and ensure relevant content is maintained via Sharepoint and HighSpot and other channels.
Measure the impact of all solution marketing assets and enablement activity and implement improvements where necessary.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
Significant experience in solutions and product marketing.
Written English – ability to write compelling content for value propositions, messaging and positioning documents.
Able to distil key information.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
Ability to learn solutions quickly.
Creativity - bring new ideas to the table.
Confidence and curiosity.
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
