In this position, you’ll play a key role in delivering this brand purpose in a direct and rewarding way. You’ll be responsible for bringing our products to life with great marketing content, initiatives, campaigns, and assets. Passionate about our products, you’ll create the connection between our brand, customer, product USPs, benefits, and create strong reasons-to-buy across all touchpoints. What you’ll be doing day to day: Craft the product story across all our channels - Develop compelling narratives around key products, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.

Market research - Analyse trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to shape the product marketing plan.

Own the content menu required for each product.

Create great product content, on time, on budget, on spec.

Work closely with our creative services and production teams on photo & video shoots.

Work closely with our design team and copywriters to craft engaging assets.

Plan and execute product launches, ensure products go live with all assets in place.

Raise the bar, re-work and elevate existing product messaging.

Manage the product lifecycle, monitor performance of products and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Analyse product performance, identify opportunities and have an input on the Go To Marketing calendar.

What you will bring: Passion for our products, delighting our customers and creating reasons to buy.

An eye for excellent creative, understanding brand nuances like tone, personality, and visual identity.

Analytical, able to read and act on data.

Significant experience of influencing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to achieve the right business outcome including Product, Marketing, Ecommerce, Buying & Merchandising, Customer Services.

Self-sufficient executor with a can-do attitude in a challenging and evolving environment.

Comfortable working to targets and delivering to deadlines.

Demonstrable experience of delivering successful global marketing outcomes through product marketing strategy.

Typical Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm 5 days a week. Primarily remote, with 1 day per week at HQ in the New Forest.
