Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for our payments division. You will drive customer acquisition and retention through multi-channel campaigns while aligning product positioning with target markets and buyer personas. This role is integral in shaping how we present our payments solutions and ensuring their success across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with ClearCourse’s overall business objectives. Collaborate with the Group Product Marketing Lead to evolve value propositions and messaging. Deliver multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, and offline activities, ensuring cohesive branding. Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging insights from funnel metrics and analytics. Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials to support the customer journey. Conduct competitor research to identify market gaps and opportunities. Support event coordination with pre- and post-event marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies. Regularly report on campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.

What we’re looking for: Required skills & experience: 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in the payments sector. Strong practical knowledge of marketing methodologies and funnel metrics. Experience with market research, customer personas, and campaign analytics. Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Desired skills & experience: Familiarity with EPOS, card payments, direct debits, or related payment solutions. Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns across multiple products and brands.
