Assets Production Manage pre-production activities for video and photo shoots, including briefings, creative approvals, logistics arrangements, and overall shoot planning and execution. Support location productions for video, photo, and social media shoots as needed. Coordinate post-production activities, ensuring timely reviews and approvals in line with the overall activities calendar. Oversee studio photo production of new models, working closely with the global marketing department and suppliers. Provide pre-shoot briefs and feedback on required changes after production. Manage the development of brochures and point-of-sale materials, collaborating with agencies from start to finish. Ensure all marketing materials are proofread and meet brand guidelines.
Media Buying Work with media agency on planning and executing media buying strategies to ensure effective product promotion, across various channels, including digital, print, OOH and social media. Guide media agency to create plans that align with marketing objectives and budget. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns, using established KPIs to assess reach, and engagement. Collaborate with the creative agency to ensure that advertisements are compelling and aligned with brand messaging. Work with media and marketing agencies to stay updated on media trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for advertising.
Administrative/Operational Create engaging presentations to support strategy, creative, and implementation of overall marketing department objectives. Raise purchase orders (POs) as required and support the definition and follow-up of budgets for all product activities. Support with monitor budgets for each supplier to ensure budget compliance. Update internal systems with the latest visuals and coordinate logistics for video/photo shoots, including motorcycle clothing. Capture and provide meeting minutes when requested.
The Product Marketing Specialist may be required to perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the line manager or other managers within the Marketing team to support the broader goals and needs of the department.
Qualifications, skills and experience: Required Experience in campaign management, content management or a similar role within Automotive, Motorsport, Fashion or Technology industries. Motorcycle rider or passionate about Motorcycles, Automotive or Motorsport. Proven track record of managing creative marketing productions, organising all activities and optimising the performance of external agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organisational skills. Comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaigns development and execution across various channels (social media, paid media, print, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deadline driven and able to work under pressure. Comprehensive understanding of marketing processes - planning, strategic thinking, product positioning, results. Commercial awareness and understanding. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for driving results. Able to prepare engaging presentations and get consensus with stakeholders across the business (from team members to senior management). Ability to travel on occasions to visit branches, manage photo/video shoots and events. Competent IT skills in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point). Knowledge of image retouching and video editing software (Adobe CC). Experience with market research, optimisation techniques, and data analysis. Previous copywriting experience. An interest in photography and media. Experience with Digital analytics tools. Interests in new trends in culture, technology and socials media.
