Join our team as a Product Manager at Lucideon! We’re actively seeking an energetic and driven Product Manager to join our Marketing Team, specialising in the Energy sector. Role Purpose This exciting new role is perfect for a candidate who has strong materials-based technical skills, a desire to work in a results-orientated environment, and an eternal curiosity around clients’ businesses and markets. No two days will be the same, as you provide a technical spin to our marketing focus on the Energy sector, concentrating on those parts of the sector dealing with novel means of conversion, distribution and storage of energy, including batteries, SOFCs, renewables, etc. You will develop a deep technical understanding of relevant markets, identify commercial opportunities and open doors to customers who can use our broad range of services, and recommend services that require Lucideon’s investment to develop and establish. You will liaise extensively with other team members across the business, therefore a collaborative, team-player approach with excellent communication is essential. The role will be at our main office in Stone, Staffordshire, and will involve travel for market and client interactions, as well as engagement with Lucideon’s facilities in the US and UK. Core Responsibilities: The development of business plans, including investment plans, for allocated areas. Develop a strong understanding of Lucideon’s services and match existing or develop new offerings to suit high-value market requirements. Engage in commercial activities, leveraging developed contacts to evaluate our Services Portfolio and continue to meet customer demand. To be highly visible in the marketplace; face to face meetings, relevant conferences/seminars and speaking as a subject matter expert on Lucideon’s offerings. Development of marketing collateral for the Services Portfolio to support commercial plans and Energy Sales Team. Support the coaching and development of the Sales Team from a product knowledge perspective, including accompanying sales visits.
